Rectificación de error material en el título del articulo 703 publicado en el bome nº 5794 de fecha 25 de septiembre de 2020.

Habiendo detectado error material en el titulo del Art. 703
publicado en el BOME nº 5794 de fecha 25 de septiembre del 2020 y en virtud de
lo dispuesto en el Art. 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las
Administraciones Publicas, se procede a la rectificación del citado artículo.
Donde dice:
“CONSEJERÍA DE MEDIO AMBIENTE Y SOSTENIBILIDAD
............ORDEN Nº3442 DE FECHA 14 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2020,
RELATIVA A BASES DEL PROGRAMA DE INCENTIVOS A LA MOVILIDAD EFICIENTE Y
SOSTENIBLE (PROGRAMA MOVES II) DE LA CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DEMELILLA.”
Debe decir:
“CONSEJERÍA DE MEDIO AMBIENTE Y SOSTENIBILIDAD

RELATIVA A CONVOCATORIA Y BASES DEL PROGRAMA DE INCENTIVOS A LA
